Re-Boot This!?

So, Sam Raimi, you have done a great job with our most beloved character, so what shall we do next?  Oh yeah, ditch you and your Spider-man, too.   Instead, a gritty new Spider-man.  Because when I think of Spider-man, I think of dark and gritty.  Yuck!  I am seriously disappointed--the Spider-man in the first two movies was the perfect realization of the comic book.  The third was ok, but points to how bad a new re-boot is likely to be.  Good thing we will always have the Goblin and Doc Ock fighting Spidey in the first couple of movies on DVD.
