Underestimating the Costs of War, part 2

The NYT is continuing to document the costs of war and how to mitigate them.  It includes video that shows the treatment of a severely wounded soldier.  I tend not to watch TV news, so I have missed stuff like this, but we need to watch occasionally so that the flippant folks (that would be me) are less flip.
