Bin Laden has a new tape out, and Marc Lynch provides an excellent analysis. Well, it looks good, but I have no clue since I do not understand Arabic and this message apparently has no subtitles, something that Marc notes.
I am sure Marc has made more sense of it than the coverage in the usual media outlets.
