Smart Stuff on Terrorism

The Washington Post has been pretty awful lately (see Marc Lynch's frequent rants), but this piece is spot on.  I met Stephen Flynn during my fellowship, as he was one of the speakers at the annual CFR Fellows conference.  He was impressive then, with an excellent, forward-looking take in the aftermath of 9/11.  And he remains quite sharp.
